Leisure Centre, Entertainment & Facilities

At Thurston Manor we know everyone’s idea of a happy, memorable holiday is different. That’s why we offer a huge variety of things to do and see. You can be as active or as laid back as you wish – it’s your holiday, so you choose!

Families with children are especially well provided for, with regular events and activities laid on for ‘the wee ones’ and their older brothers and sisters.

Leisure Centre

Work out or chill out, our purpose-built Leisure Centre is the place to be for:

• Indoor, heated swimming pool with lifeguard (swimming lessons available)
• Fitness room with over 20 pieces of equipment and qualified staff on hand for personal fitness assessments and tailor-made sessions
• Jacuzzi
• Sauna
• Steam room
• Solarium (a small, additional charge may apply)

Thurston Manor holiday home owners and visitors can benefit from use of the Leisure Centre at special rates, and children under 3 years are free. Other users can take advantage of special rates for a year, a week or a part-week that give great savings on the per visit cost. There are also reduced rates for juniors (4–15 years), students and senior citizens.

Eating and Drinking

Eating out is an important part of being away, so our restaurant serves delicious meals to suit all tastes. Enjoy a drink and a game of snooker in our Sports Bar, or relax with friends in the Lounge Bar.

For children: Our spacious Family Room serves meals, drinks and snacks to young and old in an easygoing atmosphere.

Entertainment

Throughout the main season, Thurston Manor presents a programme of top class entertainers and cabaret shows in the Function Room, as well as discos and bingo (over 14s only on Saturdays), our current programme includes:
