Terms & Conditions

TOURING CARAVANS/TENTS

• Advance booking is recommended especially holiday weekends and school holidays. A minimum £25.00 non-refundable deposit is required per pitch with the balance payable on arrival. Hard ground tent pegs may be required for some pitches.  Please note Club memberships cannot be issued until full payment is received.  A 1.35% surcharge will be applied to all credit card transactions.

• A signed Booking Form is required for each pitch booked.
  
  
• Please call at reception on arrival to obtain pitch number as these are only allocated on arrival. Late arrivals will be listed on the notice board on the front of the office, please go only to the pitch allocated.
  
  
• Pitches are available from 2pm on arrival date and should be rebooked by 10am or vacated by midday on departure date (unless by prior arrangement). If you expect to arrive after 8pm (or have problems on route) please contact the office.
  
  
• Keys for the shower/toilet block are available at a £5 refundable deposit from the office (or lounge bar for late arrivals).
  
  
• Please leave the showers and toilets as you would wish to find them, any problems should be reported to a member of staff.
  
  
• Two chemical disposal points are available for emptying chemical toilets; please use these designated points only and not water points.
  
  
• Children should be accompanied by an adult whilst using the facilities.
  
  
• Anyone found misusing the facilities will be asked to leave the park.
  
  
• Dogs are welcome on the touring park but should be kept on a lead at all times whilst on the park. Maximum TWO dogs per pitch.

HOLIDAY HOMES FOR HIRE

• Advance booking is essential.   All short breaks are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.  Breaks of one week or longer require an £100.00 non-refundable deposit per week with the balance payable six weeks before arrival. No reminders will be sent for balance payments. A 1.35% surcharge will be applied to all credit card transactions
  
  
• A signed Booking Form is required for each Holiday Home booked.
  
  
• Holiday homes will be available after 4pm on arrival date. If you are likely to arrive after 5pm it is essential you telephone the park so that arrangements can be made for you to collect your keys and Leisure Centre Memberships. A £50 refundable deposit is required at check in. This will be refunded within in 7 days of departure subject to the holiday home being left in a satisfactory condition.
  
  
• Holiday homes should be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Please leave the holiday home in a clean and tidy condition. We reserve the right to charge you for any extra cleaning or missing items.
  
  
• Any damages or shortages should be reported to reception as soon as possible so that we can take remedial action.
  
  
• Pets are only allowed in designated  holiday homes for hire, please ask at time of booking.
  
  
• The number of persons allowed, as indicated on the booking form, should only use holiday homes.
  
  
• We reserve the right to enter any holiday home under any circumstances or in case of emergency.

LEISURE CENTRE

• Temporary memberships will be issued on arrival, these must be carried with you at all times when using the Leisure Centre. Holiday home guests have free use of the Leisure Centre, Touring guests pay per visit – a price list is available on request.
  
  
• Children should be accompanied by an adult whilst using the Leisure Centre.  Children aged 10 & under must be accompanied in the swimming pool; non-swimmers please consult a member of staff.
  
  
• The fitness room is for use by guests over the age of 16 years old. An introductory training course must be completed before use.

CLUB COMPLEX

• Temporary memberships will be issued on arrival and these must be carried with you at all times whilst using the Club or normal membership fees will apply. (All guests).
  
  
• Children should be supervised at all times whilst using the complex.
  
  
• Some entertainment is by ticket only and subject to age restrictions, please book early. Debit/Credit card bookings are accepted by telephone. (Credit card surcharge 1.35%).
  
  
• We reserve the right to alter or cancel entertainment without prior notice.
  
  
• The Lounge and Sports Bars are for the use of over 18’s only.

FISHING

• Fishing at our lake is by permit only, with no exceptions. Permits are available to buy from reception.
  
  
• Fly fishing only – no bait is allowed.

GENERAL

• We are unable to accept bookings from young people under 18 years old or single sex groups of more than 2 people under 25 years old.
  
  
• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings and no refunds will be made.
  
  
• Personal cheques will only be accepted up to the value of a valid guarantee card whilst on park. Business cheques are not acceptable whilst on park.
  
  
• Guests are asked to observe all speed limits whilst on park.
  
  
• Please keep all noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 8am.
  
  
• Guests are asked to adhere to all additional notices as may be displayed within the park or any of its facilities.
  
  
• Children remain the responsibility of parents or guardians at all times whilst on park.
  
  
• Children under the age of 16 should not be left alone in holiday accommodation.
  
  
• Domestic waste should be placed in the bins and bottle banks provided. Please consult reception before disposing of any other waste.
  
  
• Anyone found behaving in an unruly manner will be asked to leave the park without prior warning. No refunds will be given.
  
  
• Not withstanding your statutory rights, the management reserve the right to deny access to the park or any of its facilities.
